   Proposal Description:
   Research Aims:   1. To examine whether the association between classical Alzheimer???s neuropathological features (neuritic plaques, neurofibrillary tangles) and clinical dementia diagnosis (all-cause dementia and subtypes) varies by age (70-79 years, 80-84 years, 85-89 years, ???90 years).   2. To examine whether the relationship between Alzheimer???s neuropathological features and clinical dementia diagnosis (all-cause dementia and subtypes) and the effect of age on this relationship varies depending on the presence of additional neuropathological features such as cerebrovascular disease and Lewy Bodies.
